The house is lower than the road thus the whole ground floor gets flooded whenever it rains.

Yes Blank is right.....when the house was built, the road wasn't constructed. After the road was constructed, it was raised higher than the house. Each time it rains, water from the road floods into the building through the gate.
but I have sand filled it and the water no longer comes in.....it was just a small thing.

can also imagine the previous engineer I called to look at the property because i was out of Lagos wanted to dupe me? they said it has a structural defect that I should sell it off to them for N30m. they were lieing. there is totally nothing wrong with my.

I recently came back to Lagos and decided to visit my building.....I went round it and didn't see any thing physically or structurally wrong with the building. ........Well, i still decided to have a professional look on it so.......I have brought Lagos state government and A top engineer from Arab contractors to look are it and they said noting is wrong with my building. all I need do is proper sand filling so that rains water would have a proper channel out.

I can't believe I have been deceived all this while........some Nigerians are wicked.
