Yes today finally am making stew with Stockfish. roomate is gone for the weekend and i can take pride in the smell, aroma or scent. . . just name it.

right now am boiling my tomato, onions, bell pepper with rodo. ingredients:

Stockfish
stockfish strip
Ata rodo
bell pepper
onions
Olive oil
1 maggi
salt
curry


also defrosting my peas and boiling rice. ummmm pray nobody is looking for me today.

anyone in love with meals made with stockfish?

Yeah i love stock fish as well. . . .but i have to have it real tender and spicy

otherwise i cant eat it if it tough like at all.

When i make mine. . .i boil it wfor a long tme with kanun, chilli powder and salt. . .

and then i make the stew like ayamashe, like

I grind one large red onion

one clove of garlic

Like a lot of atarodo

Like 4 large tatashes
and then i coarsely blend them all together, and fry it nicely to the point that its almost dry

add Maggi, nutmeg, and a little thyme, and serve over steamed rice and dodo. , .

Ummm. . .honestly it only actually lasts for a couple of days cos its soooo. . ,

i dont envy u at all,am enjoying my snails stew.
i love stockfish,the scent,perfume and all.i loff it soft and tender.
