I totally forgot that today was thursday, i was just going through my phone and then remembered i was supposed to drop a new post today, i am too lazy to even type this but i have to keep to my word to my wonderful readers out there. Today's post wasn't planned so i had to post something that will be beneficial to only the ladies *big grin* which i will also keep short.

Most ladies wants to have that Kim kardashian type of body and since most of us are not blessed with any of this, it doesn't mean there is nothing we can't do about it. Now let us point out exercises to do to achieve this:
Squats : squats are considered a very vital exercise for increasing the size and strength of legs and buttocks, this can be done daily like 30 times.


Lunges: this exercise is referred to any position of the human body where one leg is positioned followed with knee bent and foot flat on the ground while the other leg is positioned behind, done 20 times daily.


Sidelying Leg Lift: this exercise focuses on the hip and glutes of the leg, done 30 times daily.

While embarking on this exercises, it is important to change your diet and take food that will also help with the exercise to achieve what you want, these are:
Eggs
Turkey
Cheese
Oats
Peanut Butter
Cashew nuts
Fish Oil Pills
Spinach
Tomatoes
Dark Green Vegetables
Milk
Soy Nuts/Drink/ Food

Soy drinks contains oestrogen which helps in hormonal balance in women. Oestrogen is a female hormone that helps to develop and maintain the female body, other food which contains oestrogen that can help you achieve the curves you need are maca root and fenugreek. Please avoid nuts if you are allergic to them. I want you all to know that you should be committed and patient with the exercises and you will see a postive result, if you have any other idea you can share them, no knowledge is a waste.
