Was listening to a radio discourse and thought i should share this; The recently signed anti-gay bill by president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, calls for a penalty of 14 years imprisonment for any Nigerian inhabitant caught having any form of sexual affair with thesame sex. Some people felt the decision was too harsh based on the grounds that, most of this people are alien to their sexual make up and strive to curtail it (biologically built in genes or not), whilst others felt the custom and tradition of Nigerians and Africa at large frowns at such acts.
In otherwords, the bill has been signed by the president irrespective of the fact that most influences in the international community are not in support of it. WHAT DO YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL THINK?
