Please, help me with the Kva of this generator. Constant elepaq sv5800

Re: Professor On Any Type Of Generator. by Masterdazhem: 12:46pm On Mar 26
Nope31:

The kva of that Elepaq generator is exaggerated. The real kva is 2.5kva. From experience, I will rather recommend that you purchase Sumec Firman AC Master generator. It's 4.5kva max. output and is well suited especially to carry 2HP Split unit air conditioner and can do more for Inverter air conditioners as well as other home appliances comfortably. It pays to buy a durable product such as Sumec Furman generator. See picture below:

You right about the elepaq bro, i later got the sumec firman 4800 3.5kva, which turned out to be a great buy.

The engine is kama soundproof. The capacity would not be known unless you open the soundproof door and snap the engine and the coil side then I can start the capacity

Good day everyone, pls i need your help and advice, i bought a tec generator of 3.5kva last year, i seeked advice here before i bought it, then i bought it last year to carry my frigde, 1.5hp inverter lg a.c, once a while toaster and lights with just a tv and decoders. It's works very well, until i want to use the toaster, i have to put off a.c and fridge, that was after a while, initially it carries all without issue, over time if i put on my fridge and a.c it drags the generator sound unlike before that it does not make that dragging sound. Then also i think the sound of the generator changed a bit, makes a little more noise now. Pls what do i do, a friend say i am suppose to be taking it for servicing, i thought servicing was just changing oil. Also it rained once on it, since then the switch on button or rather push to start button no longer works, i have to pull to start now. Was thinking of taking it to the store i bought it, so they will work on it, because i bought it from pzcussons, a major dealer of thermocool in Abuja. Pls what do you advice? Sorry about the long epistle

Original sumec firman, if otherwise maxi is taking his own path too in the market

Please do you have any dealer to recommend for Original Sumec Firman?

Firman of course, they have been proven to be reliable.

Exactly! A 7.5KVA Sumec Firman generator is a better deal. Reasons being that the brand is the biggest brand of generator in West Africa. Their generators come with warranty and they also offer excellent after sales service which helps in lasting use of your generator. I have visited their Service Center at Ikeja, Lagos where they use original spare parts to repair generators and offer sound advice on how your generator can serve you better. Just be sure to buy an original one. You won't regret it. Mine still serves me after using it for 4 years and is still strong

The gen sef try sey it work reach now, those load are too much on your gen sir. Try switching off your AC when charging your inverter and manage the load on it efficiently....

Sorry maybe my writeup, an Lg 1.5 inverter a.c, a fridge and just one tv. The toaster is only once in a while. I don't have inverter, also do i necessarily need to take it to a tecnician for servicing?

Ok i get it, how long do you run the gen daily since last year? How often do you change oil? Is it shorting oil and consuming more fuel than before? This questions will also help you understand where the problem lies and the posibble solution. And yes you may need to take it to an experience technician or service center if the gen isn't working optimally....

Not shorting oil, use it mostly evenings only and put it off by 12am. Fuel consumption is not bad, only noise that change nd i felt the power of gen reduced. Then push to start button not working again

Hello everyone. Good day

How often do you change your oil, and what's the last time you changed the oil? What's the frequency of the gen when it's on? You can check the VTF display for the frequency. Using a toaster with all those load is too stressful for your gen. A 2 slice toaster alone is around 1000W.

Please recommend gen set to power LG 1.5hp inverter AC, refrigerator, heater/cooker, TV and other appliance, considering that all the heavy appliances might not run at the same time. Thanks

Good day seniors, please can sumec firman 1800 carry small fridge?

Yes SPG1800 can carry your small fridge. But why not go for the upgraded version which is the SPG1800 promax. It has digital AVR and a larger alternator which can carry the fridge very well. You will really enjoy the product because it is very strong.

The push to start button can be replaced by a good technician. Better still go to any thermocool store around you and tell them the fault, am sure their experienced engineers would no what to do about the loud noise and drop in current. Pls avoid those inexperience "i pass my neighbour" gen repairers, good luck sir...

Hello,

Trying to make a choice between Firman SPG2200 and ECO 1990s (both 1.8kva).

Any advice on a preference.
Major expected load is the water pumping machine (1.5hp) and a kitchen freezer though usually don't turn both on same time.
Good day bro , I advise you to go for this SPG2500,SPG2900 and this SPG3000 just choose one there , because the things you just mentioned is too much and heavy load for the size you recommend, see the picture below .
