Hi business minded member, I have a hot business idea for a telecomunication company in Nigeria, I have make my reasearch and sample many and different subscriber opinion and the outcome was so positive. So I have actually documented it in a paper. Pls I humbly need advise on
which company is the best to approach for the proposal
how will I go about it that it will not be hijacked away from me
Do I need a lawyer?

You do need a lawyer and you need to get the company to sign a non-disclosure agreement before discussion your idea. This in theory should prevent them from replicating the idea.
