I use blackberry Z3... I can't download videos and mp3 song on my Z3 browser... same thing on my opera mini .

What might be the cause?

But my BlackBerry World is working fine...and I can download applications with it

Downloading on a BB10 phone is quite different. Most times you have to select and hold the download link, then select 'save linked file' from the menu that pops up. I hope that helps.

BluePearls:
