I made the assertion that she might be mature at 16 based on the fact that in many countries, 16 year olds are expected to be sensible. But from the points you have made so far especially the last paragraph, she might still be naïve afterall. The OP still hasn't given enough details about the supposed advances made by this young lady which he has termed green light. He should know better in this situation and not take advantage of her playful and willingly submissive character which is peculiar among young girls who haven't learnt how to control their emotions.
