What is rape? Even the police will tell you that 90% of victims reaching out to them abt being raped aren't really raped..

A man tells you he wants to do the thing after spending a lot, you said no, then he violated you and you're calling the police

You get drunk high and drowzy and stay in a quiet place at night and get violated, u say its rape

A man delibrately tells u he will rape you and you say he should try his worst. Now you're calling police

..And so on

Rape is not rape when you have being foretold abt it and when no concrete EVIDENCE or WITNESSES. A crime that attracts life imprisonment cannot be without those two.

What I don't understand is how life imprisonment would would improve the health of HIV victims. Do we even have health facilities in prisons for that? How many of them will they isolate?
