Onne is located in Eleme local government Area of Rivers State. During my tour round Onne, which hosts over 200 multi national companies, I was disappointed by the pitiable state of the community. This is the current situation of the major roads in Onne. There is total abandonment by waste management agencies. The road leading to the Onne Port and the entrance to the community has been flooded with waste. The community is a total mess at the moment.

Evacuation of waste in Rivers State has been suspended due to change in government. Look beyond the dirt that road is quite good compared to some others. |
