Those days, when I was tempted to give up the notion of God...
I'd remember what happened to me that night, and I'd tell myself that surely, even if his/its name is not God, there is a being around us....within us, a power, a dimension, it seems far, but it's always near.
We connect to this presence in many different ways.

We all have our definition of the supernatural y'know....
For me music is supernatural.
It does wonders for me.

I don't wanna share my experience on here.
I could do without the drama.

But lemme see if this cuts it.

How do you explain a situation where a person is filled with anger and sore bile and over a wrong done, and just by acknowledging this presence and maybe with a mix of music (not necessarily gospel)....
You find yourself praying for and wishing those who hurt you well.
You find that hate has been replaced by love....
Even when you know that a person has wished you death, in all meekness, you wish them life, you wish them the best life has in store for them.

That for me is a miracle.
It is.

As I write this, I feel the presence again.

Now, the things I wrote up there might sound to another as hogwash, and it just might be!
To them at least.


Relating with folks on here has taught me that perspective is a very powerful tool that shapes our reality.

But I am yet to decide either way about the reality of the sort of beliefs popular around here - are there witches who fly at night, using, say, broomstick? Can someone harm you by cutting your hair or picking up the sand you walked on and taking them to 'somewhere'? Can you lose your pe.nis by shaking someone's hand? My response to all these is an emphatic I DON'T KNOW. But I'd so love to. At the present time, I'm considering joining a group again.



As for wishing people well, that has always been me. I hardly get angry and tend to make a lot allowance for people - although they never do the same for me.

I've always maintained that it's about perspective.
For all we know, these things might be real. As in real real.

But y'know what....
I believe there's a force in the universe that's greater than all put together.

It's called Love.

I believe that the amount of love your life is enshrined in determines the kind of harm that may come a person's way.

Simply put, the more love you have, the less power people have to influence you negatively or even harm you outrightly.

I've seen this play out a coupla times on here...
Though it's trivial, but I'll give an example.

Sometimes, I see mentions that are capable of destroying my day.
But, depending on how attuned to music and love I am, I find that any negative energy quickly dissipates.
I even lose my ability to get angry.

And then there are some days when, for one reason or another, especially if I don't walk in the awareness that I'm love and life and light....I just lose it! Things I'd normally pass on become focal points of revenge et al. You get?

Now let's say it was an otumokpo that was fired at me...Lols
It means that on those days when I do not walk in the awareness that I am one with the universe, when I'm not particularly conscious of my Love and Light Esque Nature, I become vulnerable.....
Were it not that I am covered by/with a higher power, whatever that was meant to happen will happen!.....assuming it was otumokpo.
