I did not decompress it, but after flashing it the recovery still remains the stock recovery

No cwm recovery installed and am fully rooted

The problem is the name, I changed it to only

Recovery.img and it works

Nice, I knew you could do it. So, try and backup your stock rom, copy and save in a safe place, maybe hard-drive or flash, backup your imei number, contacts, messages and others, download the custom rom and FLASH!!!

V done it. But I lost all my apps but my memory card is still filled up, what could v been d cuz?

Is because your installed apps were unstalled... Now go to your file manager and install them back
