This is a hell of a question!!!
Op from d situation of the country more people are searching for a job, so to me job connectors are highly more recognized...
But my own opinion, school sponsors should be mostly praised and appreciated cos its takes only a few persons to take such responsibility....

Well, I'd say BOTH.

An individual can hustle his way thru sch n may not be able to get a job due to lack of connect.

Others may be supported thru sch but get a job on their own. Me n my broda fall in ds category.

One did the foundation and another did the finishing(lol) Personally I'd rather rate the man who sponsored education highly , because you could get in and out of Jobs but good education would always remain key.

I'd go for school sponsor, do you know how much it takes to train someone through school? The job sponsor probably didn't pay a dime because he may only need to pull a few strings. Without the school sponsor you wouldn't have been in a position to get the job. Education remains the KEY!!
