The VPs problem is not personality...but rather choice of wardrobe. They are dressing him in low profile in order that he does not end up more presidential than the President. He is already more cerebral and intimate with the political structure and constituional roles than his boss. So you want to tone his dressing and appearance so he does not appear more regal than the office nd the boss. Personally I want his wardrobe upgraded so he fits in with his cultural background.
