The problem with EFCC is that it has to work with the courts and with evidence (which is not always available) and witnesses (who may lie or refuse to testify out of fear).

Plus...this is democracy,not army rule...where General X could just jail any crook via decree. Under democracy....President Y has to go through the courts....where a good lawyer can cover a host of iniquities....
