Security first! Why would you take a car by the road side all because you don't want to pay for t.fare. Go to the motor park to board vehicles. Do not hitch-hike by the road side. I am a guy but yet i do not have the gut to take a lift in a car that I do not know the occupants/driver. Not to talk of a female. You may not have the opportunity to spend that N1000 you are trying to save...

boarding a taxi on a roadside is just dangerous just cos of N900 or N1000. Or may be the gal involve was on a 'business trip' with the indian man... Some of these females are just desperate for a suppose 'life good' in the process endangering their lifes..
A situation where a female corper in a strange state turns into a runs gal overnight when karma comes we start hearing horrible stories...

This kidnapping is becoming too much these days o. just last week Friday a close family fwnd's mum was kidnapped and the E-diots demanded 20 million naira. Dey later reduce it to 10 million naira and wen dey see no ransom is being paid, they let the woman go yesterday early morning. dis kind harsh economy wey person nova fit take care of his family and pay bills na some heartless f00ls go demand 10 million naira from u as If na ur family dey print Nigeria currency.

I could still recollect Ijeoma Azubike's story. The lady who screamed my bag and ran back to the alleged robbery scene involving the vehicle she was trvelling in, only to not be seen again by her co trvellers. Glad to hear she's been found anyway as it almost seemed like an impossible task at the time given the manner she dissapeared without a trace.

Freed alongside the Monarch was an Indian citizen-Mr. Alex John, his mobile Police escort-Sunday Obafe, a Corps member- Miss Ijeoma Azubike, and a driver- Ali Abdujelili.'

Also, a ‎member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Miss Ijeoma Azubike abducted by the same gang said‎ she was kidnapped late last month on her way to Lagos.

Miss Azubike, who graduated from the Ekiti State University (EKSU) and currently serving in Jigawa State also narrated her experience.

"I was travelling from Abuja to Lagos on 31st of May, which was on Sunday. I boarded a vehicle by the roadside. I never knew they were kidnappers.

"The experience was horrible. We were under the rain, so cold and had to sleep under the floor. We were beaten and I was handcuffed. They demanded N10 million from my parents. I thank God have been release", she said.

An Indian, Alex John, also said he was beaten severally and made to face difficult situations
