Every so often, you admire your own work – your writings, and probably your printed books. “Damn! I’m good” is what you say. You know your book is a must read for all.

You want to get your work into the hands of thousands of people so they can also get a chance to join you in that world you’ve created with your words.

But getting noticed is just not happening. And you’re probably wondering why!

The thing is, writing a damn good piece is not enough to get everyone reading that book. I know, your friends who read part of the book when it was still in the making encouraged you to complete it saying it would sell like wildfire.

But again, that didn’t happen.

Despite the word of mouth marketing that you may have done, people aren’t still responding positively.

Well…

Guess what?

Not everyone wants your book.

I know, that’s a hard pill to swallow, but it’s simply the truth. And what you’re probably doing is trying to get everyone to buy your book.

Well, that is what you should not be doing. Why?

Because it will never happen.

You see, the people who don’t want your book most likely don’t want to listen to whatever you have to say either. In other words, they are just not interested in you.

Are these the kinds of people you should persuade to buy your book?

Not quite!

But there are some people who are interested in what you have to say and who would become evangelists telling everyone about you.

The only thing is that they either do not know you or you haven’t found them yet.

So, here’s what you should do instead…

“Build an audience of people who will know, like and trust you and then sell all your books to them.”

And you should do this for two reasons;

1. They are your IDEAL readers.
2. They will spread the message of your book at any given chance.

You see, building an audience of readers for your books doesn’t have to be that hard.

As an author, you can get people so interested in your present book, that they’ll practically be begging you to know when your next book is coming out so they can buy it.

You can create a business relationship with these people even outside the usual “buy my book” relationship.

You can become a voice that people will always want to hear and listen to because of the new knowledge and insight you always bring to the table. That’s influence at its best.

You can build a lifestyle by doing what you love, which is writing.

So are you ready to device a way of getting your book in the hands of ready readers?

It’s really simple. All you need is a new direction, a simple strategy and a few tools to get started.

We believe authors are one of the most creative people on earth, and so we want to help you build influence. Click to continue.
