The rainy season has come us And while we may enjoy it, sitting in our houses watching it relief us of the extensive heat we had experience earlier in the year and enjoy the cool breeze which comes with this season, we do not always realize that it is sneakily affecting our children’s and our health as well.
One of the best joys of childhood is play football for boys and suwe for Girl around in the rain. Look back upon your childhood. Surely, you can remember jumping in dirty wet patch, floating paper boats in water-logged areas or just generally playing with your friends in the rains.
With the arrival of the rainy season. Many unfavorable diseases such as jaundice, typhoid, cholera and other gastrointestinal infections also develop during this period. Children are highly disposed to these infections and diseases during this season. These infections are caused mainly due to fungal and bacterial infections. 7) Nails are a major source of bacterial infection. Therefore trim nails on time and avoid the habit of nail biting in children; this may give rise to the infectious diseases.
cool Give your little ones Multivitamins such as Vitamin C and E which will help build their body resistance and charge up their antibodies against virus like common cold and other cold virus.

10) Make sure your baby is well covered, if there is need to take him/her out.

Taking a shower after getting wet in the rain, helps the body by stabilizing the cold temperature of the body and brings it back to normal by the time you dry off.
