Japheth Omojuwa a Social Media activist took to Twitter few hours ago to show how Nigerians view the economy in contrast to how General Buhari sees it.
A US based News site (Bloomberg) had lambasted the Nigerian President for his inability to form a government, it specifically queried the failure of the President to appoint a Finance Minister at a time when low oil prices is forcing the economy into recession.
Although the President had claimed he Met an empty treasury such claims have been rubbished by governors of his own party the (APC) who had a fore knowledge of the $ 5 Billion NLNG tax and $1.2 Billion left by President Jonathan in the Excess Crude Account before leaving office.

But is the economy as bad as Buhari and Omojuwa wants us to believe?

That's the painful reality

This isn't the best time for anyone to become the president, its the toughest ever, however, gold doesn't manifest through cold water, its fire!

The Daura Daddy (I pity those calling baba Daura President) is a leader who takes his time, let's hope, trust and pray for him, it is well

They are incomparable but if the economy is that beautiful as that lady why is Naira going down and salary payment becoming an issue all over culminating in hardship to the masses? As for me I agree with PMB's postulation about the economy considering the reality on ground!

PMB is probably right, because he is with all the facts Nigeria will always bounce back.
Our problem is bad management .

if GEJ had made it back into office, he himself go look Nigeria shake head as he won't find where he to inflict injury on us anymore cos he has killed the nation as a whole

By then I'd have gotten a Visa to Burundi or Iraq.

Buhari is known for complaints. In 1984/85, this was how he complained for good 20 months while inflation spiralled. If not for Idiagbon, Nigerians were already migrating enmass to anywhere except Nigeria. Anyone around then would still remember the clip by "Andrew" as acted by Late Enebeli Elebuwa, who wanted to check out because of the rudderless Buhari regime.

If Buhari cannot get the economy on tack and fulfill his promises, he still has time. He should honourably resign or call GEJ to come and fix the system for him. He is at liberty to come back in 2019. However, if he is sure to continue, he should just SHUT UP and face governance and fulfill his humungous promises.

Conduct a presidential election now between Buhari & GEJ & the results will be far far different from that of March 28.
Just after 1 month.

keep your african mentality to yourself,i don't care if he appoints 100% of northerners,as long as they get it right,non-northerners that were appointed from your area, what have you gained from them? Go to David Mark's town and see how much he doesn't give a damn about them

This is a multi ethnic country, you can't lead it by having only your people with you.
This fact has to be respected.

broS If he appoints only his people, fine. He's only close to his people,if he disciplines maybe a southerner or easterner, all mouths would bash him that he has his people in the cabinet but he's so partial that he's always trying to fight with people that are not his tribe, blah blah blah. But he can do whatever he likes with his people. My mother and I were talking on phone day before yesterday and she said the same thing that he spares his people and deals with others. Of course she's right. That's the general believe, but if he appoints his people now, lets see how he's going to treat them, afterall,a leader can never do without disciplining some while in government, how much more of Buhari the disciplinarian. Your people and mine that have been appointed in the past, what have they done for us? They've only done it for themselves and their families. I don't care about tribe as long as they work effectively, afterall we're all Nigerians and every tribe have tasted the cabinet
