Good evening. Any Fedpoffa student in the house?

I graduated from the school in 1999 and I have the "Outgoing Student Clearance Certificate" but I am yet to collect my certificate.

Knowing that the process would have changed now, please, what is the process of collecting certificates now? Any useful tip would be appreciated.
