It's true,

Thousands graduate from tertiary institutions without having a clue as to where or what to do next.
A Graduate Engineer who does not know what professional courses or volunteer jobs to take and in what industry.

NYSC is a good idea but is managed badly. Many corpers did nothing for the whole year. Those posted to ministries na just to sleep.
