this a basketball game that happened back in yr 2011,it was NUGA GAMES which was hosted by the said uni.
.this happens to be a semifinals in which d university is competing against anoda....last last after stretching my neck for long hours,my sch was still defeated

As usual he misses the point....poor funding of universities.

ASUU goes on strike so that these kind of things do not happen.(And you people shout at them when they do).

And a good proportion of students at KSU would most likely be Southerners.

But the main issue here....is poor funding of universities. As the 2013 ASUU strike showed, Govt at all level does not have the cash to support all universities. Unless someone finds an extra N10 trillion....no kudi.

So it is either you increase fees, or increase taxes. Oil money is not enough.


Nigerian lecturers go on strike for salary increment.

And for funds to improve the universities....so that they can...gasp....do things like research...and so that facilities would be better.

Here is the FG-ASUU agreement of 2009(link below).....Read chapter 4 especially.
