So this actually knocks out the necessity and hence cost for soil stabilization even in a high water table location like lekki? Cool

But it does need for you to use (sharp) sand to level the ground surface before applying the product am I right?

Finally the prices you gave here, do they include for fixing on site?

Well for places like Lekki, there would still be the need to stabilize the soil using only stone dust. And there is no need for sharp sand. What is required is stone dust, after which it is compacted to stabilize the soil then the Seamless Waterproof Polymer Concrete Flooring is applied.

Good day. The prices cover cost of material and Labour per sq/m. But depending on the extent of application, the prices may vary. Eg, You want a Plain or patterned finished surface, or a plain sealed surface or even a patterned sealed surface. The prices vary on the needed surface finish. But overall it covers material and Labour.
