The Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, on Friday, screened and cleared all nominees for the post of Commissioners and Special Advisers in the Governor Udom Emmanuel-led administration.

Tomorrow, being Monday 6th July 2015, His Excellency Governor Udom Emmanuel will swear-in the new Executive council at the at the Executive Council Chambers, Governor's Office, Uyo by 2pm.

Victor Antai (Mbo); Dominic Ukpong (Eket); Ekpenyong Enyinna (Ibeno); Dr Elizabeth Obot (Etinan) and Emmanuel Ating (Urue Offing Oruko) were also cleared by Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly.

This week, the Akwa Ibom State House will look into the tenure of Local Government Council administration which, sources say, will end this month.
