After going through the responses to my thread on the need to marry a female nurse, i stumbled on a counter thread as to reasons to marry an accountant.
Well. looking at the poster's profile pic, its hard not to think she's advertising herself and her profession.
Marrying an accountant ?! No. Why not ? Let's go.

1. Sex........this is one of the most important ingredients in any marriage. Once you misplace an account, in the office you are disorganised. Your husband asks for sex, and you hate him for asking. You keep on balancing accounts in your brain......no time for sex.

2. No time......very busy people. No time for the husband to enjoy them. The 1st thing accountants do as wives, is to frantically search for housemaid. Because there's no time to attend to the home. When you leave a young husband with a maid, what happens ? Refer to option 1 above.

3. Money.......they are used to seeing cash.......they are used to counting cash.......they are used to INTERACTING with men who have cash.....they are used to 7 digit figures. Unless you are Otedola, Dangote or Adenuga's nephew, if she sees your salary, she may wanna vomit. No respect for broke husbands. Because she knows more about accounting than the husband, there is a natural tendency to want to control how her husbands spends the family income. Rubbish

4. Pride.......accountants are always like.... ICAN.......ANAN......degrees.....they all go together. '' Honey , i wanna attend ICAN conference at Ibadan ''. meanwhile una dey live for Enugu. She will just go and lodge in a hotel for 2 weeks, bleeping. Woe betide you if you have a lower - ranked profession compared to her.

5. They are in it for the long haul ??.......of course. That's why they are never at home for their husband to enjoy. Always calculating on fat ledger books. The next thing ? Brain gay. Mental case. One chance.

6. Account abracadabra..........she may clean out your entitlements without you knowing. Woe betide you if you wanna divorce her. She will perform '' account jingoism '' on your bank balance before she leaves your house. You'll be seeing your money but you can't touch it.

* I love accountants..... no offense.. but marriage is a very serious thing plz. Look well.
