The pictures are over-compressed. Because of that, they look awful. Fashion pictures are supposed to be of high quality so we can properly appreciate the beauty they project. Can you fix this please, if possible?

When you are saving the scanned pictures as jpg files, you'll be asked what quality level or file size you want. Choose a higher quality setting or a larger file size. Can you try that please? Thanks. These ones are just too rough.
