10 Super Tips To Help Make Your Website/blog Responsive And Interactive by Irelokeh(m): 8:32pm On Jul 10, 2015

Everyone wants to own a blog or website these days which happens to be a wonderful innovation,it helps to put those talents to use but not every blogger or webmaster gets much traffic or visits even after years online, spent much money to be heard or even publishing good content, you might be missing something essential and I hope the 10 super tips bellow should encourage and help you get a professional, responsive and interactive website/blog once you follow them.

1. Your Web design/blog template should be simple and unique

Try to make sure your blog/website has a unique design, don't try to copy Facebook's blue CSS or design, find time and energy to create yours or even learn from others, maintain CSS colors as too much color may look awkward to some except you are managing a color blog or website, eventually you'll notice people appreciate your simple yet beautiful design.

2. Know the purpose of your blog/website and its main feature

A website or blog without a purpose or aim is sure to give the owner an headache when he or she starts posting random stuff and doesn't know what to post anymore, you would find you suddenly run out of ideas, make sure your website or blog has a main aim or feature or belongs to a particular genre or category;most especially blogs,a company like google aimed to change the world through their easy search indexes and Facebook wanted to connect people anywhere in the world and Jumia wants you to be able to buy things easily online. Take your time to draft your ideas and aims at first.

3. Make your website/blog easy to navigate and explore

This usually comes in handy when you have a large blog/website but your users and readers still have the feeling they are not missing anything because they know exactly where every link or button is just as its not hard to find, try to make sure your website/blog is easy to explore, arrange your items in simple layouts and pages, and in languages that your audience can understand.

4. Quality and Reliable Content

Quality blog posts and articles makes your readers love reading your blog if they find its easy to understand and reliable, make sure you research about your posts, avoid copying other peoples post, make unique posts and catchy titles dont care whatever time it takes or energy it consumes, what's worth doing is worth doing well! very soon you'll find people appreciate your efforts, for website owners, avoid porn ads and irrelevant items.

5.Make sure everything on your website/blog works properly

Make sure you are running on a reliable and safe server that could handle requests anytime,a simple url and domain, try to get a paid or reliable free hosting or blog,Make sure your website/blog has no bugs, exploits or illegal content.

6. Optimize your PC/Mobile View

Make sure that your website/blog doesn't annoy or scare readers or users away when a single page starts loading 10 megabytes of data,Avoid too much ads or no ads at all, avoid porn ads, misleading ads, annoying link shorteners, redirection links, and make sure your web pages don't consume too much data. Make sure Your website/blog is well designed for differences and adjustments for PC and mobile view.

7. Make sure your website/blog is interactive and fun

Even with quality content, features and simplicity, make sure your website/blog is interactive and fun, make games, interview other webmaster/bloggers,announce new features and reward faithful readers or users, connect them with other social networks and blogs.

8. Take a full backup of all your files, database and everything that could be lost

Now one prays for disaster and we all avoid it,but it pays to backup everything on your website/blog in case you lost them or some hacker managed to deface your website, always take backups of tutorials, files, databases because you could restore them and learn from your mistakes

9. Make sure your readers and users can contact you

Be sure to provide measures where your readers, users can be able to easily contact you for an opinion, idea or complain.

10. Be happy,Be ready to learn from mistakes,Work hard,Think of Yourself as a success even if things feel static or hard or analytics show you have low traffic,Dont panic,Encourage and inspire yourself, teach others what you have learnt,Rest alot and Don't be too anxious and desperate as Its Takes time succeed most times
