Surface Preparation
Clean the bubbles, holes and cracks on the surface and repair using elastic filler. Repair the extremely thin cracks by brushing towards the crack with a few layers of SOLARCOAT and filling. Line the absorbent surfaces using SPR 104 absorbent surface primer before hand. Clean the rusty sections of metal surfaces by blasting or other methods and then line using anti-rust primer. Ensure well bonding on other metal surfaces by preparing the surface appropriately (lining, oil removal application, and etching).

Application
Apply the primer selected for the application surface and leave to dry. Apply SOLARCOAT with a thickness that will reach the total thickness in two or more layers using a brush, roller or spraying with airless gun. Apply layers with 4 - 8 hour intervals and leave top coating overnight to dry. It is possible to achieve more proper application and appearance by dividing the application sections with a masking tape while apply on large surfaces.

Advantages

Surface Preparation
The surface to be treated must be clean, durable, free from grease, and definitely dry. POLIXA 2 results in effervescence when applied to wet surfaces.
Application
The whole amount of hardener contained in the small pail is mixed with the whole amount of main component contained in the big pail to a homogenous consistency. The mixture must be consumed within 30 - 45 minutes; later it cannot be applied due to jelling. It must be applied at least in two coats, and each coat must be applied 6 hours later than the preceding coat. If this interval exceeds 24 hours, the first coat must be sandpapered prior to the application of the second coat. After the application the surface must be protected from water for at least 6 - 8 hours. It can be applied by a brush, or roller.

Application
BMAST 100 will be heated to a maximum of 180°C and filled or poured to seam or crack. At applications exposed to traffic, sand can be spilled on BMAST 100. It can be exposed to usage after one hour. If 180°C is exceeded or the material is heated repeatedly, it looses the elastic property and cannot be improved again.

CRYSTAL 25

Description
Cement-based water insulation material that is produced by modifying with the active chemical additives and that protects and makes the concrete reinforced concrete components watertight by creating a crystallized effect.
Usage Areas
In internal and external applications in the subbasement parts. In protection of the floor concretes against the humid and water leakages from the negative direction. In protection of the concrete components against the effects of the corrosive and detrimental salts carried by the underground waters. In insulation of the foundations, wet areas, tunnels, underground garages, and terrace gardens. In under-tile applications in wet areas like kitchen, balcony and restroom.

Advantages
It is single component, and provides easy and fast application. When it reacts with water, it produces non-water-soluble crystals. It can be applied from negative and positive directions in water insulation of the concrete components. It increase the abrasive and impact strength of the concrete. It prevents the underground waters from rising in the subbasement level. It is nonflammable.
Surface Preperation
The application surface must be cleared of the substances that prevent adherences such as the form oil, dust, paint, dirt, detergent, etc. If the surface is too soft or dirty, it is necessary to make preliminary purification such as sandblasting or acid-wash. The concrete surfaces must be smooth, the cracks longer than 0.4 mm and the cavities with a depth up to 40 mm and width up to 25 mm must be repaired with REPAMERK repair mortars or PH 127. The sharp corners and joints of structural members must be chamfered. Prior to application, the surface must be saturated with water by moisturizing.
Application
CRYSTAL 25 is added to 7.25-7.5 kg water in a clean container while mixing at a low speed. The mixing process is continued until a homogenous and lump-free mixture is acquired (minimum 2 minutes). The acquired mortar is applied on moisturized thus water-saturated surface using an appropriate brush or roll as 2 coats in directions perpendicular to each other. The second coat is applied when the first coat is fresh but stiff enough to carry the second coat. No application thicker than 5 mm must be made at a single coat. Dry-Shake Method (Water insulation from Negative Direction): When the fresh concrete has been poured and stiffened a little bit, CRYSTAL 25 is shaken on the concrete directly from its sack with a consumption of 3-3.5 kg/m2. After the shaking process, it is fed in the concreteby smoothing with a trowel helicopter trowel.Dry-Shake Method (Water insulation from Positive Direction): Immediately before pouring the concrete, CRYSTAL 25 is shaken over the place in which the concrete will be poured directly from its sack as powder with a consumption of 2 kg/m2, and the concrete is poured on it. After the application, the surface must be protected against rain and frost for 24 hours. After the CRYSTAL 25 coating has stiffened, the applied surfaces are wetted 3 times a day. This application is continued for 3 days, but in very hot regions, it must be extended for a couple more days. In order to extend the life of CRYSTAL 25, it is necessary to make a protective alum, tile, ceramic, or enameled tile coating must be made in areas open to foot traffic.

Description
Cement-based, single component water insulation material that is produced by reinforcing with chemical additives and polymers, sets very rapidly, prevents active water leakages, has water repellence, and functioning as a plug in the application places by bulging slightly while stiffening.

Surface Preperation
The application surface must be cleared of any dirt, dust, paint, mud, etc. that may prevent the product from sticking on the surface. The cavities, cracks, or the leakage points from which the active water leakage occurs must be opened up to the solid ground. The surface must be dampened before the application.
Application
WATERSHOCK water insulation mortar in dust form (1 kg dust/0.2-0.3 liter water) is added into the clean container filled with the specified amount of water up to an amount that is sufficient for the size of the area to be filled and blended and mixed manually until a lump-free, homogeneous mixture is acquired. It is absolutely necessary to wear rubber glove during this process. The prepared mortar is shaped manually, pressed into the region to be plugged firmly, and held until it becomes rigid. The material must not be rubbed during this process.
The regions from which too much water leaks or the deep holes can be plugged by applying multiple layers. The mortar application surface must be cooled and cured by damping for 15 minutes after the application.

Description
It is a cement based, acrylic modified, two component, full elastic waterproofing coating mortar. Liquid component is a pure elastomeric resin emulsion. Powder component is a hydraulic binder mixture of additive and filling materials.
Usage Areas
It is used for providing a positive (interior) insulation barrier in potable water tanks, pools, and cisterns made up of brick, raw cement, or plaster. Surface Preparation
The surface to be treated must be clean, solid, and entirely free from any grease, rust, dirt and cement residue. Big pores and cracks must be filled with a proper REPAMERK or PH 127 for corner prior to application. The surface must be moisturized and it must be kept moistured during application. After the application of the first coat the parts prone to cracking such as pointed tips and horizontal/vertical intersections must be bevelled and rounded, and a second coat of CHIMEX 127 must be applied onto this bevel by using joint tape.
Application
10 kgs of liquid component is poured into a clean container. The powder component is added and dissolved. The solution is mixed to a thick consistency acquiring a homogenous composition. (approximately 3 minutes with low a speed mixer.) Powder component must be added to liquid component. The mixture must be consumed in 45-60 minutes. CHIMEX 127 is applied in at least two coats using a brush, roller or trowel.Each coat should be applied before the previous coat dries and solidifies. If necessary, the surface should be slightly moisturized prior to the application of the next coat. Each coat must be applied at right angle to the direction of the application.Between the application of two coats, bearing elements such as alkali resistant joint tape, mortar mesh, etc. should be used on cracks or at horizontal/vertical connections. After the application of the last coat the surface is levelled by using a soft, moistured sponge. CHIMEX 127 should be applied with caution onto perlite concrete, gas concrete, or any concrete with high porosity; it should be applied onto these surfaces only after the application of grout or plaster.

Surface Preparation
The application surface must be free of materials such as molding oils, dust, paints, dirt, detergents that prevent bonding. The surface must be well saturated by damping before application.
Application
Pour CHIMEX 125 liquid component into a clean container and mix at a low speed and then slowly add CHIMEX 125 powder component. Continue mixing until obtaining a coagulation free and homogenous mixture. Wait 5 minutes for the air bubbles to disappear.
Apply the resultant mixture onto the water absorbed surface using an appropriate brush or trowel to obtain 0,75-1 mm thickness. Once the first layer is drawn (4-6 hours), apply the second layer vertical to the first layer. A total 1,5-2 mm thickness application shall be achieved.
Be careful to protect the surface against sunlight, rain and freeze during and after the application for 3 days minimum.
