Mettal: I have heard stories of dogs switching from giving unconditional love to haywire and attacking their owners. |

In my opinion, we have a lot to do in this country about dog socialization, I'm seeing many scared dogs in those pictures. Please let's always familiarize how dogs with something like these when they are young. A good dog must be comfortable anywhere. 2 Likes |

Mettal: I see lots of dragging in the pictures also. The best way to know when dog is enjoy his work is when u see him moving tails continuously, check those pictures again and you will see those dogs I'm talking about. |

Seriously, we should appreciate this move rather than pick errors. This is a big move for Nigeria. If we have 2 or 3 of this in a month the dogs would adapt. |

Prodeegee: I'm picking errors just to improve on it. The whole world is watching and let's get some standard. Quality is better than quantity. It's an opportunity to give informations not just to walk one. I'm for the positives here. |

oluomoadebayo: I'm not gonna engage in long arguments, the very reason I didn't quote you. The only way the dogs can be more 'socialized' as you've stated is by frequent walks. Which they have started already. Encouragement is what they need now to continue. That's positive! |
Re: Pictures From The First Dog Walk In Nigeria by oluomoadebayo: 8:13pm On Jul 17, 2015 |
Prodeegee: Why are you just getting me wrong? I never said its wrong to walk the dog, I said owners should improve. I'm not discouraging anyone here. |

Apologies if I offend anyone somehow but I'm just trying my best in order to help others. I rest my case and I'm truly sorry. |

oluomoadebayo:i am not getting you wrong sir, im just pushing for more encouragement. Thats why i didnt quote you so you wont feel misunderstood. |

No sign of bingo or Ekuke, the local Nigerian dog needs a serious image revamp.. It will be nice to see a clean well socialised, well fed Nigerian doggie in that line up.. Kudos Umu Aba, this is good to see. 1 Like 1 Share |
