How to Configure it: First set your Apn as shown below:Apn web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net IP: 10.199.212.2 Port: 8080 ==> Download and Install Psiphon Handler CLICK HERE to download] Launch psiphon and configure as shown below: *Proxy type: real host *Real Host: server4.operamini.com *skip others and save. => Next, you will get a pop up msg asking if you want to use psiphon browser only or Tunnel whole device. Choose tunnel whole device. =>On the next screen,click on the option tab.==> For region select USA, then click on more option.=> Under “proxy settings” check the“connect through an HTTP Proxy”box.Pres s the back button and wait for a few sec while it connect [We are ready to reply all your comment]

It works on android and pc but I can't find the pc config.. A friend of mine is using on his android at the moment..
