The Pro-Hub team of high-caliber professionals has a diverse mix of expertise and experience, from mobile financial services specialists to regulatory experts and economists and management consultants. Each member of the Pro-Hub team, however, shares a set of common traits: flexibility, passion, team spirit and a commitment to uncovering hidden opportunities and producing actionable impacts for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

o Proactive and cost-efficient facility management
o World-class general housekeeping both for the factory and the offices (e.eg: regular pest control, servicing of office equipment, etc
o Identifies, inspects and vets properties prior the company wishes to lease
o Procurement and renewal of all statutory licenses
o Co-ordinates all SHE related matters; develops and implements such policies
o Provides physical security to all company locations
o Runs the canteen/cafeteria
o Provides office stationery and related services
o Provides utilities including office telephones, mobile phones, etc.
o Manages the filing, storage and security of official documents.

Requirements:
Bsc or HND in any discipline.Experience in client managment is an added advantage. 0 to 3 years experience. Good interpersonal skills. Good communication skill (Spoken and Written) Ability to work under pressure.
