PTF misappropriated over N219Billion through Buhar's use of relatives and Friends as Consultants. The Acting INEC chairman was involved in those rogue, AfriProject, that defrauded Nigeria Billions of Naira on PTF Jobs.
For sure, Muhammadu Buhari will not probe himself as he was part of Obasanjo and Abacha military governments and he have huge financial questions to answer in any independent probe panel.
