My first reaction is: I don't think this is GEJ! But what I can tell you is, thousands of these private vaults exist in naija. There are many of them in Abuja and other cities in Nigeria, empty houses and plush mansions built for the sole purpose of keeping money and valuables, where billions of dollars are stashed because they can't easily be laundered without trace! 1 Like |
