sir u are almost there. If u can spend 1.5, u can achieve it but u have to be involve some how or u can go for something like this. Still far better than interlocking and u may not spend up to 1.5 for the 260sqm

As soon as the raining season is over, I will be ready.

I like this POP, cost and duration plz ??

^^^

I spent about N1m for 6 rooms, 4 living rooms and the lobby.

I think you may spend a lot less because people rather go for a very simple POP designs instead of the older and difficult designs like you saw in mine.

Duration? About 70 days (3 men).

You have to be skeptical about who handle your POP designs. The dude that did mine couldn't do anything close to the first pic below for my master bedroom, and I had to come up with something simpler (or I least I thought I was), and out of nowhere we ended up with what you saw in the 2nd pic below. Anyway, I believe by the time I did the walls and bed frame touch the ceiling, it will look similar to pic 1.

Thank boss grin

I can relate to the bold as i just did interlocking and N3500.00 was quoted for me for 1 role. I can understand the difference because the project is in the village and some materials are a little bit expensive in the village than in the city.

^!^^

I have about 260 sqm. I don't think I can afford you. I don't want to spend more than N1.5m for landscaping.

Why not do a combination. Something like flooring/interlocking/concrete stamping. When i saw the estimate i was given for interlocking, i had to settle for concrete flooring in some areas and interlocking in some areas.

u are correct sir. In buying what matter most is the location and ur bargaining power. Like the price i gave is abuja price. If u go to another state u may have some little plus and minus

I was given just N1m only for interlock landscape.

I really want the interlocking though, but it's not for me due to the nature of the waterlogged land. I need something that wont allow water to penetrate beneath the soil.

u are right sir. I have done it for some people. In this situation u can do stamped concrete floor on the frontage and at the back u can do interlocking.

But the problem here is ur back yard is supose to be more clean because it is alway close to ur kitchen and should be kept clean all the time.

My advice is. Instead of combining interlocking at the backyard, only cement but stamped casting at the backyard which will look like the picture i sent above.
