APC should let PMB know that war and reconstruction cannot colocate like red oil and salt. He has to Win the War first followed by the reconstruction. The worst was that he borrowed the money without the consent or approval of the legistrature.
This made me to start questioning myself if the systems of seperation of power, and checks and balances are still invoke? Why dont he use the partern of GEJ's found raising (for rehabilitation of those affected terrorist attack in North/East), inwhich the found was raised from donation made by nigerian business gurus without borrowing? If PMB still has the military character of autocracy in him even after he detached General from his titles?
