Reputable companies and charities in the U.S. register with the Better Business Bureau. Look up any company on this site. Go to the site and scroll down to do a search. give.org is a list of registered charities.

Wow. This so eye opening. Of recent I discovered that there are several scam syndicates parading themselves to be reputable organisations, Charities and NGOs out there in the US(doesn't mean some of the culprits aren't be Africans as well) dishing out mouth watering offers as facilitating resettlement and job opportunities in the US, Canada and the UK. Most of this guys are on linkedin.com , facebook and so many other platforms. Please be wise to always look up your potential business clients and agents for certified listing.
