By now we all know that PayPal Acct. Opening/Verification from Nigeria is not that difficult any more, but continous using the account, maintenance and regular withdrawal without your account being locked, detection of Nigerian IP Address still remains a major obstacle to contend with.

We see a lot of Naija guys claiming they'll open and verify an account for you, but what they don't promise you is safe-guarding the account from being locked incase PayPal detects the slightest irregularity.

We need guys with confirmed strategies on how to solve this problem, even if it means a LITTLE morale to boost your efforts.
