HELLO EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE.I A HAVING A LITTLE PROBLEM, FOR SOME TIME I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY GTB MASTERCARD THROUGH AN ATM BUT I REALLY CANT GET IT.
EVEN ATMs THAT HAS MASTERCARD LOGO ON IT HAVE REFUSED TO PAY ME.
I TRIED CALLING THEM ABOUT THIS AND THEY SAID SOME BANKS ATMS WOULD PAY ME BUT THEY DID NOT REALLY SPECIFY.
BECAUSE OF THESE I WANT TO KNOW IF ANYONE IN THE HOUSE KNOWS OF ANY BANK`S ATM THAT CAN PAY ME THROUGH MY MASTERCARD.
I CURRENTLY RESIDE IN AKURE ONDO STATE.

Dhtml, don't panic since you're good in IT, you know about Transcation (that was not committed but rolled back). Just go to Ur customer service in Ur bank and fill an ATM retract form. Your cash will be credited back in less than 2 weeks. But be careful of using ATM, make sure there is cash and verify Ur financial institution is always available.

If you're in Lagos, you have several possibilities for withdrawing your money from Mastercard.

Go to GTB Branch on Tiamiu Savage Street, Victoria Island with your Driver's License. You will fill a form and will get your dollars in cash over the counter. There's a $6 charge. If you want to avoid this charge, you will apply and in 45 days will get your money out.

ATM Option: Zenith Bank Branch on Adeyemo Alakija should give accept your Mastercard but will pay you in Naira.

If you're in Ikeja, the GTB branch at Ikeja will do same as in Tiamiu Savage = $ Cash.
