i agree with you.
I think we were designed to be "thick".
Everything sort of plays a role in that- the types of foods we eat, the nature of our life style. Sometimes even if you don't want to be grab you end up being grab.
God designed us uniquely, but some of us want to be toothpicks because the westerners are toothpicks.
To be honest, i don't know how skeletons are sexy.

Continue thickening till you burst.

Yeah I know, but between the two which one is more disgusting to look at. Huh? Moreover agbada fits men with big tummy than the flat ones.
And how many Nigerian men do wear "Agbada" in this present age? You will see that the number is infinitesimally small.

, it is easier to have n maintain a flat stomach in the western world because of the kinds of food they eat, thry take lite foods with all the essential carbs n cals like milk shakes, wafers, bread n biscuites pastreis,n these r food dat do not form a good poo in the body.bur we Africans "NIGERIANS" eat staple foods most of the time eg pando, semo, garri.n these are typical heavy weight foods dat over work the stomach muscle and make our bellies to be hanging loose always,

I have read so much about late night foods being one of the causes of pot bellies, yet I wonder why my belly remains the same. Well, maybe the 6packs (which obviously made my tummy to be hard) is helping.

It is not just about flat tummy. Most Nigerians don't care about being fit. Having a flat tummy is part of being fit, and this is one of the reasons we have low life expectancy. A simple running in the morning can do a lot to keep someone fit. Why do u think rich people with bif stomach do a lot by going to they gym at their old age? A 50 year old Nigerian woman would look verybold, meanwhile in the western world, a 50 year old woman would look very fit and strong.

Keeping fit is not only about exercise, it also involves watching what we eat. Trust me when ubare fit, u are going to be very happy with urself.
Yes, I wonder why people don't take it seriously here. It's pathetic seeing so many large-bellied people everywhere. Fitness is very, very important.

It's important to maintain a health weight, and not have excess abdominal fat, unless you want to die in your sixties.

Looool that is for sure nah. I didn't say they have it, I said that it's a criterion for being considered attractive, whereas in Naija, not so much. Hope you grab

Help o..... I had a very sexy flat tummy before after i consumed fanta everyday for a week sometimes three bottles a day *dont mind my gluttony* How can i get it back..... Every sit up session brings no change
Perhaps they can offer more help on the health section? But I'll try.
Sounds cold but just try eating one meal a day for a week. You can stop doing sit-ups, they only help you get abs not a flat tummy.

It's hard but it works.
