I want to launch a niche radio station covering Ikoyi, Victoria Island ,LEKKI, VGC, AJAH, etc What advice do you have for me as regards content, marketing strategy and other ways for it to compete favorable with top players in the industry.

Study the top three radio stations, their programming schedules, their target audiences, get a unique radio programme that is totally different from the other channels that the public can relate to. I would give you more but you would have to pay.

I have worked on a radio station before, why not try to make a cooperation with a world wide radio station, for example radio energy (nrj) = www.nrj.com

They play the finest music and do have a lot of experience you could profit from!

the best way is to copy and transilerate a system that is already working for another Radio station, it's easier that way cool
