Exactly, the quality of the road is not the issue, some years ago I saw people leaving within the area throw their waste bin into the gutters doing rainfall. The signs have always been there that the road will collapse due to bad drainage system. Funny enough there is a canal not far away and most of the streets just get flooded with the slightest rain.
