Hi Guys, my friends just finished year one, and now going to year two with 3.60 CGPA and a carry over in one course. Is it a good start or good result? what can he do to hit above where he is now?

It is above average.
He shld develop a new reading pattern and work more on whr he is lacking. He shld be DETERMINED!!
