This means a post made lets say 5 minutes ago can be modified, after 5 minutes have elapsed, then it can't be altered.
So, the time frames posts can be modified can be from any time till infinity, at the Admin's discretion.

It just makes the forum more flexible, though I'm not unduly concerned either way, it just means we have to be more careful in our posts, the spell checker is still in place after all.

As per the vote, I vote indifference because most trigger-happy people complaining about the removal of the modify button are just simply lazy to take 10 seconds of their time to use the preview button to proofread their grammatical blunders
