The PHCN guy is actually working
without a glove, helmet and standing on cable. He was spotted on an electricity pole at the Kafanchan market in Jama'a Local Government in Kaduna State. Why do Nigerians like taking unnecessary risks like this?

I am an electrician, this man has just failed the first precaution in electrical installation - Safety First!

That high tension aluminum wire he was not too far from could turn him into mere ashes, if the tip of his finger nail touches it. And that is if he survives the risks of the low tension.

They failed to provide an HT ladder that would be suitable for the work, besides his failure to use an hand glove!

This is common in northern Nigeria, and they often experience fatal accident due to their reckless activities in their occupations...!
