You don't punish a worker for coming late to work just for a single late coming rather you give him benefit of doubt and if he continues; query follows before a sanction..I think that's the process...Civil servants are still being owed and they have families to cater for with their meagre salary...Abeg Fayose go to ekiti state house of assembly and track lawmakers that comes late for sittings and not this civil servants
