Shut it down, then power it on and keep pressing the f12 button.


You will see a list of boot device, check if you will see anything like HDD among it( name of the hard drive)
If yes,then you need to install a new operating system if no, the hard drive has shifted from it connector,you need to connect it back.

Pls my fellow nairalnders, I need your help. I bought a brand new laptop recently. The issue might not be the update.

Beeps are usually error notifications especially at BIOS level.

You can reinstall the operating system without losing your important documents.

The only thing you will lose is your applications.

Just don't delete the partitions.

Not a really a permanent one.Mine issue was search box not typing.

So,I used this method on the pic.

Nb:But when you restart it may stop working again, just create a task to run this program every time you start the windows and your good to go.

Most laptop manufacturers can run a diagnostic test on your laptop, once you log unto their website.........

Try that free method (so long as your WiFi drivers are still installed).............
