Nigeria doesn't have government. If it's in advance world in that aspect two things are involve if there's no natural gas in that land then there's coal in that land. But in Nigeria it's spiritual.

Arsonists at work. Dig deep and you'll find nothing mysterious.

Same way people allegedly went blind and then died in Osun state. Only for us to later hear the victims had consumed Agbo laced with conc Methanol.

People tend to allude something baffling them, to the mysterious.

Nigeria has so many illiterate graduates.
What the hell is "spirit fire"? Nigerians don't investigate any thing before blaming supernatural! Supernaturals only exist in Nigerians' medieval minds.
Fire can be caused by accident or arson or nature (e.g lightning). No f*ucking spirit!

No be only spirit fire.

In most developed parts of the world, science would have come up with factual explanations.

But in this part of the world, it will be termed "spirit fire" and swept under the rug till it happens again.

I was told this story when i was still 10 of mysterious fires in Northern Nigeria.

I am sure many are still hearing it for the first time.

Honestly, this is just the beginning. The Fire will not stop until it consumes Tambuwal for betraying the South West. It will raze the palace of the Sultan of Sokoto to the ground.

Bastards!!!

Late in 1987 one person decided to bulldoze the grave of a certain missionary at Ibi town in Wukari LGA of the pressent Taraba State to extend his estate. God sent a msg to the Emir to warn the man but for religious reasons the Emir felt its unnecessary and the man had his way. He bulldoze the grave on the 24th Dec, 1987. Evening of the same day a mysterious burn the bulldozer and the fire selectively burned the properties of several muslims. About 400 houses were affected between Jan-March 1988. Somepeople having seen the trend of the fire packed thier belongings to nearby towns and villages. But the was able to deffrentiate the properties from Ibi town and do justice to them. No christian house was afected but as many that sympatize with the victims had a brush of the show.
A northern newspaper of Jan 30th, 1988 first reported the incident and latter NTA Lagos Newline.
eyaa, I just pray God delivers the innocent ones cos he who diggeth a pit shall fall into it n it should be him alone
