The Sultanate Council has declared Tuesday, Sept. 15 as the first day of the Muslim month of Dhul-Hajj. This is contained in a statement issued by the Jamatu Nasril Islam (JNI) Secretary General, Dr Khalid Aliyu, in Kaduna.
