It is not against the law in this country of ours. In fact Lagos state has removed bigamy from its statute, because, the law as it is, recognizes polygamy for Muslims, traditionalist and any other person that chooses it.With the exception of those that chooses to go for court wedding.

In The USA, there are enough loopholes that makes the practice of polygamy quite legal. If you insert this in your marriage contract from day one, so shall it be. You are a confused human being. There is nothing like "blue bloodied" Igbo, and Kachikwu is not an Ika man, he is an Enu ani man.

Polygamy was common amongst older folks in Igboland, but it's a dying culture as a result of wide acceptance of Christianity in Igboland, younger Igbo folks don't do Polygamy, except maybe in cases of infertility where the fault is from the woman.
