Bro just make the photocopy of the needed documents and go to any nearby High court or notary public with your original for certification. They will check the originals if they correspond with the photocopy then they will notarise the photocopy for you. That is what they want you to bring.It's not free ooooo

I don't want to be specific because I have not done one before.But the price should be within the range of 5k-10k depending on your bargaining power and location.

Certifying your document is determined by your bargaining power, did mine today for 1k each, i still feel cheated though, i just wanted to have it done

Well, in short: yes, Telemark is your best chance for energy programmes.
You have courses like this one (physics and energy): http://en.uit.no/studies/program?p_document_id=276202
But I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for. It's rather difficult and time consuming to check every school for such programmes

Most schools opened for application october 1st, deadline is usually december 1st. I advice you to be quick though.
